FOR SLOTTED COVERS, simply place the cutting head against each slot in the lid and press down on the handle
Covers without slots are released by inserting the claw under the rim and pressing down on the handle, repeat around the edge of the cover will lift of cleanly without damage to the seal.
To re-seal the bucket, replace the cover and use the tool's hammer head to tap the lid down.
